Practice what you love with love, working IN the moment and not FOR a moment. The world does not stop for defeat or for victory and neither should you. I have known victory and I am no stranger to defeat. Despite my personal challenges I still wake each day with the intention to practice what I love and this has served me well. I am an England boxing coach and qualified personal trainer, working hard to help others practice what they love. View all posts by zoepattersonfightingback
Balance is key 🙂 I have read your book. The fact that you persevere means a lot to many I’m sure. I was in a dysfunctional family as so many of us have been, but not even close to what you endured. My ex was the one who inflicted some terrible abuse on me, starting when I was nineteen. It took me sixteen years to fully get away from him & it was only when he passed several years back ( he was 59, I was 56 ) that I felt truly free. My self esteem was soo affected & it took me until I was 60 before I truly felt like me. I had my lows too, but never gave up— certainly had times when I was not fully functioning though. I truly hope you continue to do well in your life. When we fall, we can pick ourselves up & dust ourselves off! I send a hug because we all need to know somebody cares! When I feel alone, I actually will give myself a hug & tell myself that all will be ok

Hi Karen, thank you for reaching out. I imagined receiving your hug and it felt like I was surrounded with loving energy which made me very happy. I am now sending you a hug and I hope you feel the same. All is well.
